800pcs/H Fully Automatic Hot Air Coil Winding Machine For Alcohol-Soluble Enameled Wire

A standalone fully automatic system for winding self-supporting air coils using wire coated with thermo-plastic adhesive. The wire is heated by the hot air supply as it is wound onto the coil, and the turns are bonded together by the adhesive. The finished coil is removed from the tooling and automatically ejected from the machine.

Applications include RFID coils, laser heads, voice coils, magnet coils, sensor coils, vibrator coils, and pancake motor coils.

This equipment is a single-axis automatic large-diameter air coil winding machine independently developed and produced by referring to similar foreign products and combining the domestic coil winding production process conditions.

This machine integrates mechanical, electronic and pneumatic technologies and can reliably realize automatic winding of coil products. Compared with other products, this model is mainly designed for air core coils with larger outer diameters.
